Ronny Korsberg

Chairman and Global CEO

Ronny spent his formative years in the Norwegian military developing innovative solutions to the world’s energy needs. Following many successful years in the military Ronny changed course and advised Governments, Large Corporations and developed relationships with Universities and entrepreneurs. He has founded several successful businesses and his main activities have now been brought together through leap2market. His focus is now enthusiastically supporting business of all types to expand and to increase the value of their assets. Like all team members Ronny has worked and lived internationally and is fluent in several languages and benefits from outstanding qualifications.

Chris Hall

Middel East Asia and UK

Chris trained as an Engineer and has spent his 30 year career as a successful international business executive. He has held senior operational and executive positions with Schlumberger, Boart Longyear and Capital Drilling. Chris is motivated by bringing companies that are successful in their “home markets” to new markets and territories. Chris has worked and lived internationally and is fluent in several languages and benefits from outstanding qualifications.

Michael Eriksson

Latin America, Scandinavia

Michael has been a senior executive internationally with Arla Foods, BeBord Corp and other outstanding businesses internationally. He is a linguist and lives and operates from his bases in Latin America and Scandinavia. His initial training was as an engineer however his expertise undoubtedly is in the field of business management and he holds an MBA. Michael's key skills relate to business development and negotiation and he is recognised internationally for his outstanding success in Sales and revenue generation.

Marco Giannuzzi

Europe

Marco specialises in general management (full P&L), transformation, turnaround, restructuring, business development, start-up mode, B2B marketing, strategic planning, and corporate development. He is a senior Executive and currently is Executive VP and General Manager for Solvay. He is based in Belgium and is experienced and extremely effective internationally. Both a planner and tactician Marco has an enviable record of building business -both revenues and profitability. Humberto Salicetti

Humberto Salicetti is a recognized senior management consultant with solid experience in Healthcare, Medical Technology and Informatics, Digital and Innovation, Change, Risk Management, Forensics, Sales and Marketing, and Client focus. He has held senior Partnership positions with PwC and KPMG and is based in Boston USA.
He manages large and diverse teams and is proud of his reputation as an outstanding motivator and inspirational leader in inter-disciplinary, multicultural, multinational environments. Above all, Humberto is a business focused individual with an enviable record of achieving revenue and profitability on behalf of clients and the consultancy practices P&Ls he manages with a solid reputation as a “rainmaker” and Innovative Transformer.
He is a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), Project Management Institute (PMI), and is Certified in Risk and Information Systems

Rafal Gawlik

Rafal is a creative entrepreneur with a motivation to identify and promote technologies that address climate change concerns. Dr.John Crowley

John is a renewable energy entrepreneur and renowned Economist based in Paris. Dr Crowley has held the position of Chief of Section for Research, Policy and Foresight in the UNESCO Sector for Social and Human Sciences and spent several years worldwide on key assignments for UNESCO. He has extensive global experience and enviable colleagues at the highest levels of business and diplomacy. Tom Ringstad

Dr Ringstad is renowned for his innovative approach to engineering and technical issues and has spent his career mainly at University in Norway undertaking research and building connections with industry. He is Chief Officer of the University Energy Laboratory. Tom’s focus and motivation is to bring solutions to business utilising the most up to date results from highly specialised research from Academia. His interests relate to new ways in delivering education at all levels and being a bridge between University activities and the practicalities of business life.
